Quick fixes
Common printer and Safari issues
No printer appears
Power on the D110 or D110_M, move it closer, and close the official NIIMBOT app. In TCG Printer, tap Connect Printer or Refresh and allow Bluetooth access if prompted.
The saved printer stays offline
Tap Change Printer and select the supported printer again. Confirm Bluetooth is enabled and the printer is not connected to another phone or app.
The label clips or feeds the wrong length
Choose the exact installed roll under Label media, then print a new test label. Roll dimensions are not detected automatically.
Safari buttons are missing
Confirm the extension is enabled and allowed on tcgplayer.com. Open a numeric product page and refresh any tab that was already open during installation or an update.
QR + MKT $ is unavailable
Confirm the page displays a current Market Price. For cards, also choose one of the supported conditions: NM, LP, MP, HP, or DMG.
The printer reports paper, cover, busy, or timeout
Inspect the printer, correct the physical condition, and reconnect if needed. Before retrying, check whether a label already printed.
Sanitized diagnostics help.
In the app, open Printer Diagnostics and use Export sanitized diagnostics. The export omits complete QR URLs, raw packets, and raw peripheral identifiers.
